Expunctions or Clearing Your Record

Texas Law provides that some persons who have been wrongfully arrested or charged with criminal offenses can clear their records after the case is resolved. If you meet the statutory requirements, we can file suit in one of the designated courts and, with the help of a court order, return your record to the state it was in before your arrest.
